The improved Team Schedule gives even more clarity into team availability and flexibility to view, organize, and manage jobs with ease.

See schedules across teams

You can now see what your team’s working on this week, both in-house crew and external vendors, all on one screen. This way, it’s quicker to book new installations and manage what’s already scheduled.

Know who’s unavailable

Your team can now use placeholders to block time on the shared calendar, whether they’re off, on vacation, or in training. At a glance, you’ll know who’s unavailable and who’s ready for the next job.

With flexible grouping and sorting options, you can set the schedule to show the installers you work with most often first, so booking a job and checking availability takes just seconds.

With Timesheets built into Vantage, you can now track the hours your installers spend on jobs, gain insights to improve estimates and quotes, and keep payroll accurate every time.

Installers can now clock in and out with the Vantage mobile app. Their time logs appear instantly on your dashboard, ready for you to review and approve.
