Pinnacle Awards 2025: Vantage Wins in Non-Output Software & Technology

Vantage, the installation management platform built for wide-format print and sign shops, has won two Pinnacle Awards in its first year of entry: Non-Output Software and Technology.

About the Pinnacle Awards

Organized by the PRINTING United Alliance, the Pinnacle Awards spotlight the most cutting-edge software and hardware solutions in the wide-format industry, tools that help print and sign businesses improve quality, performance, and efficiency.

“We became a full member of the Alliance earlier this year to get more involved in the print community and the incredible innovation happening across the industry”, says Roksoliana Sydorska, Head of Operations at Vantage.

Winning both categories we entered and being recognized alongside some of the best in the industry is a huge honor. It confirms that Vantage is a powerful solution for increasing profitability by streamlining every aspect of installation management.

Dan Tyler, the Founder of Vantage, says: “I'm a big believer in the power of awards, both the opportunities that come from being a winner, and the boost to team morale that it brings. We are so grateful to the Alliance and excited to do more with them.”

The value Vantage brings to the print industry

Vantage was built to solve the inefficiencies of how installations have traditionally been run, separate from production and using tools that weren’t built for the job.

For over six years, we have developed it in close collaboration with leading print shops in the USA and the UK. And now our Vantage is used to run thousands of installations for some of the world's biggest brands.

Its purpose-built features replace endless email threads, hundreds of hours of phone calls, insecure shared calendars, file storage tools, and more with one easy-to-use platform that gets everyone on the same page: project managers, installation vendors, shop floor teams, and clients.

Whether it’s a one-off local installation or a national rollout across thousands of sites, with in-house crews or a network of subcontractors, Vantage helps teams save time, automate manual work, and avoid miscommunication.

🔵 Explore Vantage features

Less than a year ago, we released Vantage 4.0, a major product update with significant improvements to speed, performance, and the overall user experience. It supports much higher installation volumes while staying incredibly fast and responsive. Users say that now Vantage allows them to deliver faster, more accurate installations without having to hire more staff or allocate more resources.

That’s the value the Pinnacle Awards judges recognized, too. Installation, when done right, can be a highly profitable part of a print business, and Vantage gives print shops the visibility, control, and clarity they need to make that happen.

Dan Tyler comments: “Our business and our product have gone through transformational change over the past year. For me, these wins are a validation that we’ve built the right thing, for the right people, at the right time.”
